When a Product is processed and successfully handed over to the Logistic Partner, we will send the details of the Logistic Partners who will be responsible for completing the shipping and delivery of any Product(s) purchased by you on the Website. Our usual dispatch times range between 24 (twenty-four)to 48 (Forty-eight) hours from the time you place the Product Order on the Website. In any instance, the consumer will be given an anticipated delivery date for the Product purchased through the Website. This anticipated timeline will be given to the user on the order confirmation page when the order is confirmed by us. CUSTOMS DELAYS:
Healing Pharma is not responsible for any delays for goods in transit to you as the customer. You accept that your order is imported into your country, and any delays caused by your Government’s Customs Department or by the delivery service are beyond Healing Pharma’s control.

To be clear, any ill-mannerism, impoliteness, discourtesy, or offensiveness displayed by our delivery executives or the employees, agents, or personnel of the Logistic Partners is beyond our control, and any issue arising between you and our delivery executive or employee, agent, or personnel of the Logistic Partner must be resolved independently by you. You agree and understand that you will not hold us liable or demand us to negotiate, mediate, or resolve any issues that may arise between you and the delivery employees who deliver the Products to you.

Once the purchased Product is handed over to the Logistics Partner, the User will obtain a unique tracking identity number, which will allow the User to trace the status of delivery of the purchased Product. The User may utilize the tracking identifying number on the Website or the Logistic Partner’s website and/or mobile application to monitor the status and position of the ordered Product, as well as the projected time of delivery. Our customer care staff works with the Logistic Partners to ensure that the Products are delivered to you as soon as possible and that the Logistic Partners update the tracking status of the purchased Products in real time.
