The terms and conditions outlined in this Policy must be followed for any returns or cancellations you make of Products or Services.

Terms For Cancellations, Return and Refund of Orders

Please carefully read all the parts to understand the conditions applicable in case of returns, refunds and cancellation of a Product.

(A) Policy For Return

  1. Return Policy:

We make every effort to provide the goods you request in accordance with your demands. To guarantee a swift resolution, please contact PillsMedica User Support within 7 days of receiving the items if you experience any of the following:

  1. An incomplete order
  2. An expired product
  3. A damaged product
  4. An inaccurate product
  5. A doctor changing the prescription
  6. A patient’s death

Please be aware that if you fail to contact us within 7 days of receipt, PillsMedica will not assume duty for any delivery issues.

Non-refundable products cannot be returned by the user; it is the user’s responsibility to determine before placing an order if the product falls under the returnable or non-returnable category.

(B) Policy For Refund:

  1. Refund Policy:
    At PillsMedica, we make every effort to guarantee that you will be happy with our goods. We are also pleased to provide a complete refund under the following circumstances:
  2. Complete Refund Possible If:
    • You received a defective product or in complete product.
    • The item(s) you ordered are lost or damaged in transit.
    • You received a product that was past its expiration date.
  • It is expressly made clear that, in the event a return request is made for reasons attributable to the User, We may, in our sole discretion, grant the request subject to the imposition of a “Restocking Fee” on the User. It should be noted that the money will be returned to you after the Restocking Fee has been taken into account. We retain the right to periodically change the aforementioned Restocking Fee without providing the User with any prior notification. It is made more clear. Only products that are in their original, unused condition, have not been damaged or otherwise abused, show no evidence of usage or wear and tear, and are suitable for resale as new may be returned to us.
  1. Please take note that the method of reimbursement may change depending on the situation. Please wait 7 to 10 working days for the credit to show up in your account if you are receiving a refund via credit/debit card or net banking. Although we apologize for any inconvenience this period may have caused, the bank’s policy is to postpone refunds, and we have no influence over it. If a refund is made using a wallet, credit must be accessible within 24 hours.
  2. In those circumstances, the money will be returned to the User’s source account. If the User decides to receive the money in their wallet, all unused funds in their wallet account will be returned to their bank account when their account is deactivated.
  3. When applicable, PillsMedica will make a direct return to the User’s bank account.
    • Any other instances in which PillsMedica must reimburse the User for money that is theirs will result in a refund to their original payment method.
    • When an exorbitant price has been charged or collected from the User and money needs to be returned.
  • If the User elects to receive the refund to the wallet under the aforementioned scenarios [as per clause B(v)], all unused funds in the wallet will be transferred to the User’s Bank account at the time of account deactivation.
    • How to Ask for a Refund:
  • To seek a refund, just send us the details of your order, along with a justification for the refund. We take user comments carefully and consider them while making continual service quality improvements.

(C) Cancellation:

  1. Cancellation of Product:

A user may change their order before the product is shipped for delivery. Your order will be cancelled right away after we get your request to do so.

  1. Service Cancellation:

The Website will only put the User in contact with the Doctor or registered medical practitioners of the service booked. The Company will notify the Doctor or qualified medical practitioners who will offer the consult at the agreed-upon time, location, and mode stated at the time of booking the service once the appointment has been booked and a confirmation has been issued to the User. We are not responsible for any service deficiencies that may occur, such as orders being cancelled because a doctor or other registered medical practitioner is not available.

No money will be returned in the event of a cancellation once an appointment has been scheduled and confirmed by us. But in some cases, the Company, in its sole discretion, may allow a refund of the whole or part of the payment if the Doctor or other registered medical practitioner is unable to see you or if a different Doctor or registered medical practitioner is arranged to consult. In certain situations, the Company’s judgment shall be final.
